How do I delete my Ronati account?

We're sad to see you go, but we understand that sometimes it's necessary to part ways. Here's what you need to know about deleting your Ronati account:

Requesting account deletion:
Simply send us an email at studiosupport@ronati.com, and we'll take care of the rest for you.

What happens when you delete your account?
You'll no longer have access to Ronati Studio or any information stored within it.
Any active subscriptions will be automatically cancelled.

Preserving your inventory information:
Your inventory data is valuable, and we want to make sure you don't lose it! Before requesting deletion, you can export all your item information from your dashboard Studio on desktop. Click on Export at the top of the Dashboard to export your item information in a .CSV file. This way, you'll have a backup of your inventory data to use as you wish.
