What if I have no cell signal or Wi-Fi when I add a new item in mobile?

You can create items in the mobile app without an internet connection. However, an internet connection is required to:
  1. Sync items to your desktop inventory
  2. Make items visible on other devices with the Ronati app
How to add items offline:
  1. Create your item record as usual.
  2. Tap "Save as Draft" or "Save" when finished.
  3. The item will be saved to your device in the "Not Synced" tab.
When you regain internet access:
  1. Open the item from the "Not Synced" tab.
  2. Tap "Edit", then "Save & Finish".
  3. Choose:
    1. "Save as Draft" to move it to your drafts folder
    2. "Save" to add it to your available inventory
Note: If you attempt to save while offline, you'll see a pop-up message: "Please connect to the internet to continue."
