Uploading from your mobile device requires an internet connection. The faster the connection, the faster the upload. Unfortunately, the reverse is true: if your connection speed is slow, your upload will take longer or fail entirely.
A video – even a short one – contains a large amount of data. There is no hard and fast rule on video length in the mobile app since success is dependent on individual connections, but in general, one should not exceed 200mb (roughly one minute.)
The bigger the video, the more connection speed is required. If your mobile app recognizes that you do not have sufficient connection speed, you may receive an error message that your video can’t be uploaded.
Your choices in this case are:
1. Connect to a Wi-Fi network and try again
2. Try adding a shorter video
3. Add the video from your desktop app (on your computer).
