I'm seeing an "oops" message: how do I unblock cookies?

When using your mobile app, you may need to access our web application from time to time to log in or manage your subscription. If you encounter a message telling you to unblock cookies, it's an easy fix! Simply follow the instructions below for your device type:

Mobile (Android):
  1. Open the Chrome app.
  2. Tap the three dots menu (⋮) in the bottom-right (iOS) or top-right (Android).
  3. Tap Settings.
  4. Scroll down and tap Site settings.
  5. Tap Cookies.
  6. Toggle Allow cookies (make sure it is switched on).
Mobile (iOS):
  1. Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad.
  2. Scroll down and tap Safari.
  3. Scroll to the Privacy & Security section.
  4. Ensure that Block All Cookies is turned off (the toggle should not be green).
  5. Close the Settings app.
